After School Club:

Rooted in strength, honour and the spirit of Ancaster, Jiu Jitsu is a living art that builds confidence, discipline, and community — honouring tradition while shaping the future.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Grounded in respect and driven by modern training. Ancaster Jiu Jitsu combines Japanese tradition and Brazilian innovation. We honour the roots of Jiu Jitsu while shaping a new generation of athletes right here in Canada.

Whether you're stepping on the mats for the first time or chasing gold at the podium your part of something bigger. Hard training. Real community and proudly Canadian.
